Apple week – different ways to present
For some fussy eaters, changing how a food is presented is no problem. For others, it’s a big challenge.
Whichever category your child fits into, it’s still really important to change things up whenever you can.
An apple chopped or sliced in a new way looks different and can also feel different in the mouth. All of these nuances prepare our child for accepting new foods.
In the photo we have:
– Grated
– Whole
– Sliced
– Mini batons
– Diced
– Quartered
