Apple rings

Simple is good!

Apples rings are a good way to practice combining foods. If you have a fussy eater that is okay with apples then adding a topping is a small step in a new direction.

Anytime we can introduce a change, it’s a positive.

If we have a child not yet sold on apples then it’s a great way to start interaction, getting them to help make one.

On the rings we have:
– Honey (my teen reckons it was awesome)
– Sultanas (or other dried fruit)
– Cocoa dipped
– Peanut butter
