World’s smallest burger
Small is often easier for fussy eaters.
It can also take the emphasis from the eating – especially if you’re making it together – and inject some fun.

I have added sauce and cheese – which I would do if they are favourites, but of course not, if they aren’t!
I know many parents are looking for ways to gently encourage their child to eat meat. Perhaps this is worth a whirl?
Remember, the first time a child sees something they are less likely to eat it. Building comfort levels may take time.
