If egg on its own is a bit of a challenge then combining with other foods can help.
French toast is a good one as it’s got the egg but with a familiar base – the bread.
If we’re thinking about texture then using less mixture and ensuring the toast is crispier can help.
I used a mixture of 1 egg to 1/3 cup milk.
We can add spices like cinnamon if that is a help, or use a topping like maple syrup or ketchup if they’re favourites.
