Scrambled eggs
Scrambled can be a tricky food for picky eaters due to the texture. If you have a child that doesn’t like wet textures much, then using just egg and cooking until drier is a good plan.
There are children that are okay with whites and ones okay with yolks and ones okay with both. I’ve offered all 3 examples in the photo. With the yolk I cheated and added a little butter, so it didn’t get too dry (milk would serve the same function).
If it’s the first time serving it, think small amount. Combining with a cracker or some toast may also help.
