Please don’t feel like you have to be super creative or produce food art for every meal! But every time we generate interest we’re winning.

An unpolished version made by our children is perfect!

If our picky eater already eats pancakes we can use something a little different to:

– Introduce a new type of pancake – substituting a different flour or a new flavour, for example.

– Finding new additions. Perhaps this is yoghurt or cream cheese for the tail, for example. Or using a new fruit for decoration.

If our fussy eater doesn’t eat pancakes then just getting interaction is always worthwhile. It is how we gently build a comfort level with a new food.
