Muffin tin pizza
These are a simple and fun way to create a pizza for fussy eaters.
I’ve made home-made wraps but using store-bought makes them so quick.
Perfect for a mini snack or as part of lunch or dinner.
If you have a non-pizza eater, perhaps you can market them as cheesy oven toasts, filled wraps or something else that would resonate.
Recipe
Grease a muffin tin
Cut up wrap breads * and fill each hole to form a sort of tart shell
Add your choice of one or all – tomato sauce/oregano/cheese/toppings
Bake in the oven at 180˚ until wrap toasts and cheese melts
*if making the wraps, roll into circles, insert and par bake until slightly brown
