Pasta interaction
If we have a non-pasta eater, generating interest is step one. There are many ways we can do this. It’s not about the eating, it’s about interaction (which leads to eating).
1. In a cup or a shot glass or a barbie tea-set.
2. In the back of a truck!
3. Pictures. Again, no need to be artist of the year, and in fact, it’s much better if our child creates their own.
4. Cocktail sticks or skewers. Loading up pasta (non-favoured) with favourite foods eg. Cheese.
5. Plaiting or other ways to interact with it.
Even with a pasta eater, the more fun the better. Positive food experiences mean we look forward to eating.
