Peanut butter & yoghurt dip
The dip could work both ways, helping a child who is accepting of peanut butter eat yoghurt, or helping a yoghurt lover try some peanut butter.
I would adjust the recipe to suit my child’s preferences.
I feel this would work well for sweet, like fruit, or savoury like veggies or chicken.
I also used crunchy PB as that’s what we like, so the dip is a little chunky looking!
3 heaped tsp plain yoghurt
2 heaped tsp peanut butter
½ tsp honey/maple syrup (runny)
Mix together well
