Simple satay sauce
I always recommend satay sauce for the peanut butter lovers! We can make a super simple version that takes minutes and 3 ingredients.
Soy sauce is frequently a win for picky eaters as it has no texture, is salty and umami.
The satay sauce is pretty flexible as it goes with a range of foods.
In the photo I have:
– Noodles (any pasta would work)
– Carrot (or other favourite veg)
– Steak on skewers (or chicken, pork, or fish)
Recipe
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp honey
Add boiling water and mix until desired consistency is reached
