Crispy fried potatoes
When preparing food for picky eaters, texture is often a key component. Here I’ve made some fried potatoes but paid particular attention to the texture.
I par-boiled some potato and then fried in some oil. Cut the pieces up smaller and then fried a second time. The result is a bit like the tiny pieces from the fish and chips! My boys (big and small) fought over them.
A picky eater is also able to eat just a tiny bit as a taster.
