Hash browns
These home-made hashbrowns are soooooo good! Think crispy potato chips/crisps.
They are admittedly a bit of a pain to make but it’s a great way to enable our child to be involved in the cooking process.
Recipe
Peel and grate a potato
Rinse out the starch and then dry
I added a tiny bit of garlic powder (gives it that MSG taste!)
Sprinkle of salt
Fry over a medium heat in oil
Turn over and press down every few minutes
I added some butter
Cook until browning and crispy
