Spring roll pizza
I’m on a spring roll wrappers for fussy eaters experimental roll!
Pizza seemed like good idea – and it was!
Even if our child eats pizza, a change is always a positive.
New bases will alter the look, the taste, and the texture. If we have a super selective eater, then any change is important.
This was pretty tasty – just make sure it’s brownish and crispy.
Recipe
A sheet of spring roll wrapper
Fry in a little oil on a medium/high heat until browning
Flip and cook until slightly brown
Add toppings to the slightly brown side
Fry until cheese melts (I used a lid to speed up the process)
Eat warm or cold
