These are unprecedented times for the modern era
Although we’re based in NZ, which at the moment has not seen a big outbreak of the Corona Virus, most of our family is based in the UK, with some in Australia.
My parents contacted me to say they have been told to self-isolate for 4 months as the UK government have decided not to restrict the spread of the virus. I have much to say on this, but it isn’t the forum.
It’s going to be a challenging year for everyone and there is a high chance that schools will close in most countries, possibly for weeks at a time.
Although this is going to put enormous pressure on families, I always like to look for positives as well.
Spending lots of quality time with our children is not something that’s always possible in modern lives. We will be handed that opportunity on a plate.
If you have picky eating issues, it’s also going to be a time that shines the spotlight on exactly where your child is at.
I’m thinking of ways that I can help, without dumping more on a parental plate that is already overfull!
One way I’d like to be able to support you is through an interactive group where you do have the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered.
Where I have the ability to run live videos, even perhaps some simple recipe creations with foods that I know rock for many fussy eaters.
If you’d like to join Creating Confident Eaters, please click on the link and fill in the questions: https://www.facebook.com/groups/222522335605100/
The focus will be around picky eating and me sharing strategies that I have seen work with even super selective eaters.
If you have friends or family who you feel may benefit, please invite them to join too.
Creating Confident Eaters, THE guide for picky eaters may also be a great resource to get you started on a resolution to challenged eating:

We’re probably all going to have more time than usual!
Please stay safe.
