Fermented blueberries

Fermented foods are great for gut-health however, they are not something you would generally put in the same sentence as fussy eaters!

This may be one of the exceptions 😊

Even better, it’s super simple to do.

Recipe – Fermented blueberries

Blueberries
Raw honey (check the label)

Method

Wash blueberries, place in a small jar and cover with raw honey.
Place a paper towel over the top of the jar and secure with an elastic band.
Put in the pantry for 3 days stirring gently every day.
After 3 days the blueberries should be a little “fizzy” tasting.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
