Workshop – Early Learning Centre
I was delighted to be invited to speak to a local preschool last week. It was lovely to see parents braving the sheeting rain to learn how they could better support their children around food and feeding.
I’d prepared an interactive workshop and we had plenty of time to tackle questions, brainstorm sticking points and look for ways to make mealtimes that little bit easier.
If you have a group of friends, a community group or can coordinate with the Kindy or school to book me in, I’d love to come and speak. I know parents go away armed with very practical strategies for improving mealtimes, avoiding some of the fussy eating traps or just building more comfort around foods.
We can also specifically tailor workshops to tick boxes. Perhaps it’s aimed at toddlers or for children with sensory challenges.
The pricing is deliberately affordable, face-to-face in the Wellington region or via Zoom if further afield.
