Who is the program for?

The program is designed for parents of children 2 – 12 years of age. If your child is slightly younger it still could be appropriate, just be aware that some of the advice may need to be modified for age and stage that they are at. Please email for advice.

Similarly, if your child is older then the program still provides a lot of valuable information but there may need to be some tweaks.

For older teens some buy-in is essential for the program to be effective.

If your child has additional challenges such as ASD, ADHD, or sensory sensitivities, much of the learning will be very supportive. 

Additional, personalised help can be arranged as part of a tailored package.

Let’s get all the main caregivers involved though. Even if they are not the ones who coordinate, prepare, or feed your child, having everyone on the same page is important. It’s also lovely to have extra support and someone else to join in the fun!

Plan how you are going to tackle the new learnings.

If you have a really food hesitant child or one who has additional challenges, this may have to be done quite slowly to be gentle and therefore effective.

Bed-down your new actions. Anything that becomes part of your routines, becomes part of your habits.

Over time these don’t feel like anything extra for you, or new for your child, they are just part of everyday routines.

Many of the strategies are designed to work like this so we gently change everyday habits to be more progress oriented.

Progress may look different for each family. It may be being more comfortable around food, able to taste new foods or adding new foods to the menu (or all 3 and more!).

If you need additional help you will be able to e-mail Judith directly and she will answer all questions personally.

Each week you will be able to download a new video, building on your confidence and knowledge so you can support your child to make progress.

Use the same formula with each video:

ii) Observe – what’s happening in  your home
iii) Plan – how you use your new strategies
iv) Implement – use your fun, gentle new strategies
v) Bed down – make strategies part of your routines
vi) Ask questions if you need support. We’re here to help! This is where the real gold is!

At the end of the month you can register for the following month.

Ongoing critical information that will help build your child’s competence and confidence and remove stress for you.
