• My child is 12. Is this going to work for them?
The program is designed for parents of children 2-12.

• How much time will it take?
It’s going to depend on the age, stage and food challenges your child faces. If your child has been struggling around food for years, it will take longer than if it’s a recent challenge. I’ve been helping parents with their fussy, picky, selective-eating kids for almost a decade. In that time, my company has helped hundreds of families create small improvements, over and over, and to persevere, so that over time, they add up to a whole different picture of family mealtimes.
