I’m really, really passionate about food for children.
In the course of my work as a Healthy Food Advocate I realised that families didn’t really need help in determining “what” to feed their children. What they struggled with was “how”.
We provide the “how”. We teach parents how to create confident eaters and return the joy to mealtimes.
After working with over 100 families in just the last year alone we’ve realised just how much of a problem fussy eating is.
So many families struggling. So many parents cooking 2 or even 3 meals a night. So many children surviving for years on really limited diets.
We are on a mission to change that. To acknowledge how stressful feeding children who struggle to eat is and to offer support so any parent who requires help is able to access it, just as we would be able to if our child was having difficulty reading or speaking.
It’s time to up-skill and educate ourselves with best practices so we know which strategies to use to support our children’s eating learning journey. And if at any time we feel out of our depth or require a little help that is available wherever we are based.
