Creating Confident Eaters Procedures

  • We’ll meet virtually at a designated time each week through the course.
  • We’ll also connect through the week via our Confident Eater Portal for checking in, updates, feedback and accountability.
  • Our goal is for you to see measurable changes within the 5 weeks of the program and to be able to confidently build upon these independently, once graduated.
  • This is a group program so you will benefit from the wisdom, experiences and questions of other families in a similar situation.

Bottom line; YOU will be confident that you’re doing the maximum you can to support your child so they can take steps as quickly and competently as they are able. This gives enormous peace of mind as a parent.
