Frozen yoghurt

But not just yoghurt frozen 😉

This was really yum, simple to make and I think a winner for fruit-eating fussy eaters.

It is flexible as you could use many children’s favourite fruits.

Think cross between ice cream and sorbet.

Recipe

1 cup frozen fruit (I used mixed berries. Frozen banana, mango or pureed apple would also work)
½ cup yoghurt (I used a full-fat, budget, plain yoghurt)
1 dessert sp melted honey (or other liquid sweetener)
½ tsp vanilla

Method

Soften the frozen fruit just slightly if you have a budget food processor like mine (if not just chuck it all in!)
Add the yoghurt, honey, and vanilla.
Whiz until smooth
Serve (you can refreeze any leftovers)
