Banana ‘ice cream’
I love this. Super simple, no additions and perfect for really little ones through to teens (my teen loves the choc version).
A frozen banana taken from the freezer, I defrost slightly to protect my ancient food processor and then whiz to make an ‘ice cream’. Eat straight away.
Or go fancy and add cocoa powder for chocolate and some choc chips or frozen strawberries.
Calling something banana ice cream is a great way to help with a positive approach. Serve in a fancy bowl for extra wow.
