Corn on the cob
A surprising number of fussy eaters are okay with corn on the cob.
It ticks a few boxes for picky eaters:
– It’s kind of unique and not like the ‘other veg’
– It’s not mushy
– It’s not green
– It’s fun especially if we have the special corn grippers and failing those, forks like my photo
– It’s delicious slathered in butter
If you haven’t tried it it is worth a whirl. I would though go for small versus big. Little wheels are cute and can be ‘popsicled’ on top of a fork.
Alternatively, perhaps pulling off a couple of kernels is easier?
