Frozen yoghurt
Pseudo ice cream!
For children who love yoghurt, frozen yoghurt is a great way to change things up and offer a new textural incarnation.
If we have a child that is not yet eating yoghurt, frozen yoghurt is quite like ice cream – which can be a win!
In the photo I have 3 flavours. I freeze in small pots for approximately an hour until softly frozen.
For all you can add banana or honey for sweetness.
1. A plain yoghurt
2. Choc yoghurt – plain yoghurt with cocoa powder
3. Berry yoghurt – plain yoghurt with berries
