Mango sorbet
Making fruit more appealing is great whether you have a fussy eater who loves fruit or one who is more reluctant.
The more fun food is and the more we look forward to it, the easier eating variety is.
My youngest came up with this recipe and it’s a slam dunk winner. It’s also super quick and simple to make.
It doesn’t even need sugar!
Recipe
½ cup of mango juice (we use the Just juice Mango/orange which has no sugar added)
1 ½ cups frozen mango
1 frozen banana (the banana flavour is quite muted)
For more sweetness you could add some honey/maple syrup or sugar
Blitz together – we used a stick blender.
Serve immediately
