 
															Crispy carrots
Carrots are widely accepted by fussy eaters
However, generally, raw is the preference
These crispy carrots may still be quite a transition
But they are sweet, crispy and more-ish.
Recipe – Crispy carrots
1 carrot sliced into thin sticks
1/3 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp cornflour
Method
Heat oven to 220°
Place the carrot sticks in a bowl with the oil and cornflour and coat
Bake for 20 minutes or until starting to char on a baking sheet 
Eat as is or with a dip
