 
															Egg pizza
Simple, quick, protein packed, more cheesy than ‘eggy’!
Recipe – Egg pizza
1 egg
½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 1/2 tsps tomato paste (or pizza sauce/ketchup) – optional
Sprinkle oregano (optional)
Additional toppings as required (ham, salami, pineapple etc.)
Oil/butter for cooking
Method
Heat small frying pan (medium/low)
Add oil or butter to prevent sticking
Whisk together egg and ¼ cup mozzarella
Cook on medium/low heat until cooked through
Carefully spread tomato paste
Sprinkle oregano
Add remaining cheese 
Add toppings, if required
Cover pan to aid melting
Ready when cheese is melted
Eat hot or cold
