Nailing nutrient intake
Webinar Thu 15th Oct - 8.00pm
The biggest concern for many parents of a fussy/picky/selective eater is nutrient intake
• What if their diet affects their energy levels?
• What if their eating affects their concentration?
• What if it has negative long-term consequences
• What if they can’t do the sports they’d like
And then the potential psychosocial side-effects:
• What happens with camp?
• Are they going to struggle with sleepovers?
• How do we go on holiday?
These are all genuine concerns and ones we will work on during the webinar:
• Ways to nutrient boost throughout the day
• Strategies to support your child to accept more nutritious foods
• Holistic ways to improve health (beyond food)

Meet Judith, The Confident Eater
I’m Judith, The Confident Eater. I have been in private practice for 20 years, 10 years focused solely on picky eating and 10 years before that in children’s nutrition.
I work with over 100 families just like yours every year.
Aside from picky eating I also have international accreditations in sensory sensitivities, paediatric feeding, parenting and neuromotor development.
I’m a lifelong learner and am currently a PhD candidate in psychology. For my doctorate I designed an intervention for parents of fussy eaters that has been super successful.

Testimonials
We are seeing so much progress with Lukas, it’s just awesome how the change in mindset and how we approach meal times as a family has positively influenced him! Thank you so much.

“Meal times had become a major tantrum time for my 6yo. Always tears and wanting to eat only take away type foods. After chatting to Judith, who really listened to our situation, she came back to me with a few things to try. This was not your usual advice of ‘put it on the plate enough times they might eat it’, or ‘ he’ll grow out of it’. How can they grow out of a bad habit if they are not shown how? …
Judith is AWESOME and meal times are no longer and recipes. Thanks so much Judith.”
