Dessert pizza
Fruit pizza is a great way to support a fussy eater to entertain the idea of a new fruit, or one that is waning in popularity.
It can also be a great way to pique the interest of a non-pizza eater.
As with many foods I recommend for picky eaters, there are no rules!
I have used home-made pastry, but store bought is fine too.
I have added some cream cheese and jam, but what may work well for your child is just pastry and grapes. Or yoghurt, or ice cream.
I haven’t specifically created a recipe as this is far more free flow.
Choose what works for your child. Or, if you’d like some tips, feel free to get in touch.
