 
															Baked savoury pancake
I saw a baked pancake reel on Meals Mapped Out
And thought, what an awesome idea
But then couldn’t help myself
I went rogue and made it savoury
It did not disappoint!!
Recipe – Baked savoury pancake
¼ cup flour
¼ cup milk
¼ cup grated cheese
1 large egg (beaten)
1/8 cup ham (optional – or can be substituted – onion/salami etc.)
S & P and/or herbs to taste
Method
Heat oven to 220°
Whisk an egg in a bowl
Add milk and flour slowly incorporating so there are no lumps
Add cheese and ham
Pour into a greased small bowl
Cook approx. 15 mins until browning at edges and pick comes out clean
Eat hot or cold.
