Microwave omelette
Bear with me on this one as it’s apparently the brain-child of José André – Michelin starred chef
And, because as my boys groan, I can’t help myself, I think I’ve actually improved it
You’re welcome 😉
Takes literally 2 minutes to make and 40 seconds to cook
Perfect for little helpers too
And it is soooo good
Recipe – Microwave omelette
1 egg
1 tsp mayonnaise (I used home made)
1 tsp fat (I used butter) OR 2 dst spoons grated cheese (my take second time around)
Season to taste
Method
Whisk ingredients together
Pour into a ramekin
Microwave on high for 40 seconds
Delicious, soft, QUICK!!
