If we have a child that likes eggs, then a simple omelette is a great option.
If our child is not totally sold on eggs, then an omelette can be a good way to introduce as we can add favourites into it.
My first choice would be cheese as we can add an awful lot to begin with and not have the egg taste prominent.
Of course, bacon, for example, could also work if we don’t have a cheese lover.
In the photo I have cut a small piece from the outside, as tiny amounts are often more palatable than big chunks.
