Peanut butter quesadillas
Oooh, these are simple but good. Presenting foods differently, or using slightly new ingredients is a gentle way to encourage picky eaters to accept change.
I have made a range of quesadillas that can be eaten warm or cold:
1. Peanut butter and jam (could be honey or Vegemite instead)
2. Peanut butter and cheese (could be grated or melted)
3. Peanut butter and banana
4. Peanut butter and melted chocolate (it works really well!)
Mixing foods is often a challenge for picky eaters so practicising it by combining favourites is a good way to start.
