Cheese loaf

No kneading, no waiting for yeast!

Carbs are often the easiest food group for fussy eaters

But don’t underestimate the importance of new foods even if they are carbs

This is super simple to make

More nutrients than a regular bread

You can serve as is or add toppings or fillings

Recipe – Cheese loaf

1 cup flour (I used wholemeal)
½ Tbs baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp mustard (I used Dijon)
¾ cup grated cheese (I used tasty)
1 egg
½ cup milk

Method

Heat oven to 180°
Line a baking dish/tin
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk egg and milk together
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well
Scrape into the baking dish
Bake for approx. 45 mins (I covered the top after 35 mins)
Serve warm or cold
