
Crispy chicken wings
Some fussy eaters love meat and for others it’s a challenge.
However, many selective eaters like crispy textures.
These wings an ingredient that help with the texture
Super simple, baked, and can be modified to suit.
Recipe – Crispy chicken wings
500gm chicken wings
½ Tbs seasoning (optional) – I used onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and cayenne pepper – pinch of each
¼ Tbs baking powder (this is what helps the crisp)
1 Tbs oil
Method
Heat oven to 220°
Mix spices, baking powder and oil
Coat the chicken
Put on baking paper or a silicon sheet
Bake until golden brown and crispy (approx. 25 mins)
