Cheese pizza (ish)

Okay, not technically a pizza but …

This is a simple, clever, calorie packed snack that you can whip up in just over 10 mins.

Toppings optional!

Recipe – Cheese pizza (ish)

Grated cheese – I used Edam

Toppings (optional) – whatever works for your child – pepperoni, ham, pineapple etc.

Method

Heat oven to 200°

Grease muffin tins or ramekins

Push cheese into the tin/ramekin to cover the bottom and press hard to flatten

Bake 10+ minutes until browning around the edges

Add toppings

The cheese will harden as it cools so you can remove while soft or wait.
