High protein fudge
Super simple to make, delicious and a good source of protein (and other nutrients)
Recipe – High protein fudge
1/4 cup melted chocolate
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 tsp honey (melted)
½ tsp vanilla
Method
Melt chocolate (I just gently microwaved and stirred)
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
Transfer mixure to mini muffin tray slots (2/3 of height) or small silicon holders (I just pressed into the shape I preferred)
Freeze if desired
