Yoghurt drops
These are home-made, quick and simple.
They can be modified to suit taste.
A perfect snack!
Recipe – Yoghurt drops
3 dst spoons of yoghurt (I used full fat plain) – use your child’s favourite for buy-in
2 dst spoons cream cheese (I used Philadelphia) – can swap for nut butter
½ dst spoon honey or maple syrup
You could also add cocoa powder, or jam for flavour
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and combine well
Spoon ‘drops’ onto a Tupperware lid or silicon sheet
Freeze until discs come off fairly easily with a knife
(Optional dip in chocolate)
Eat immediately once out of the freezer
