Quesadillas – Random fillings
Using tortilla or wraps to make basic quesadillas is simple
Although Mexican inspired you can use any filling that suits your child’s tastes
I tested a range of them to see what works
Some of them may surprise you!
Quesadillas- random fillings
Fillings I tried *
Cheese
Peanut butter
Vegemite
Tuna mayonnaise
Method
Heat a frying pan to medium and add a smear of oil
Cut the wrap to size, add filling, place another wrap on top
Fry both sides until slightly browning
Eat warm or cold
*You can of course add anything you like:
Chicken
Capsicum
Grated carrot
Mince
Salami
Ham
Sliced apple
