Choc banana sushi
Anytime we can make eating fruit and veg more fun I reckon it’s a win!
This is a super simple way to make a dessert ‘sushi’.
Perfect for children to make themselves and can be modified to tick boxes.
Using ingredients you’ve probably got to hand too.
Recipe – Choc banana sushi
Wraps
Banana
Chocolate sauce – I made mine (link to recipe at the bottom) but you could use Nutella
Method
Cut the wrap into half and use two quarters.
Spread with sauce
Peel the banana and place half on each quarter of the wrap
Roll up to form a tube
Cut into slices, should you wish
Perfect for a snack or dessert
