Cornflake cookies

Simple to make, no baking.

Perfect for children to create.

Recipe – Cornflake cookies

(Makes 6)
1 tsp sugar (I used coconut)
2 tsp honey/maple syrup
1/6 cup peanut butter
1 tsp butter
½ tsp vanilla
2/3 cup cornflakes

Method

Heat sugar, honey, peanut butter (I used the microwave and did in short bursts stirring in between – be careful as bowl can get hot)
Add butter and vanilla and combine
Add cornflakes and coat evenly
Place spoonfuls of mixture on silicon or baking paper – press down a little to help sticking
Place in fridge/freezer
Once hardened, eat!
