– No cooking and only one mixing bowl needed
– Nutrient dense

Recipe PBJ Cups
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/8 cup honey/maple syprup
¼ tsp vanilla
3 tsp jam or fruit puree (I used fruit puree)
1 tsp LSA (optional) – I used ground linseeds
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor (or mix well by hand)
Press into greased mini muffin trays (I used mini cupcake cases)
Freeze for an hour (or more)
Eat as is
Perfect as a snack, quick breakfast or the lunchbox
